Press Release Body: The amazing upcoming artist, Josh Solomon, fronts a Chicago
based pop rock band called the Empty Pockets who are anticipated to reach amazing
feats during 2008. Why the anticipation? Talented as Josh Solomon is, it just
doesn't stop with the Empty Pockets. Depending upon what style of concert that they
are performing, the Empty Pockets swiftly transform into Buddy Holly and The
Crickets. Those familiar with Buddy Holly's story are quick to point out the
striking similarities between Buddy Holly and The Crickets and Josh and the Empty
Pockets.

The Mercury Theatre, located in Chicago, offered Josh the lead role of Buddy Holly
during their production of the Buddy Holly Story. Amazingly, Josh Solomon had only
one request, he asked that his real life band (Josh and The Empty Pockets)
accompanied him on stage as Buddy Holly and the Crickets. Danny Rosenthal became the
Crickets drummer, while Nate Bellon joined the cast as the bassist. Norman Petty was
played by Chicago DJ Scott Mackay. In a case of art imitating life, Mackay then took
on the real life role of manager to Josh and the Empty Pockets.

The Buddy Holly Show quickly attracted the public's attention during its successful
nine month run. The band recorded a tribute Buddy Holly CD, which was combined with
the Empty Pockets very own "Under The Bed." The album has fruitfully sold more than
8,000 copies to date. Due to the album's accomplishment, the band made appearances
on WGN and ABC's morning shows, performed on radio stations WXRT, WZZN, WLUP and
received excellent reviews from the Chicago Tribune, Sun-Times, Pioneer Press, and
Daily Herald.

"Buddy Holly just wanted to bring his 'type' of rock and roll to the music scene.
Like Buddy, we are excited to bring our 'type' of music to the world," said Josh
Solomon.

Josh and the Empty Pockets are introducing their 'type' of music to the world with
their debut CD "Under The Bed." The band's first single, "Side Effects", combines
Jack Johnson, Van Morrison, Dave Matthews, and, of course, Buddy Holly to create a
fresh new sound. Watch for selected tracks on current episodes of Nickelodeon's Zoey
101 and iCarly.

"This is one of the most amazing similarities that I have seen in a long time,\"
Alonce, CEO of Alonce Music Agency, said. "Josh and the Empty Pockets or should I
say, Buddy Holly and The Crickets, will continue to provide a towering yet positive
impact within the music industry during 2008."
